Kolkata metro to come up with some special metro to compensate with the rush during the durga puja.

Metro services on Mahapanchami and Mahasashti

288 metros will run daily. 144 up and 144 down metros. The train will meet from eight in the morning till midnight. The last train from Dakshineshwar to Kavi Subhash will leave at 10.38 PM. The last train from Dum Dum to Kabi Subhash will arrive at 10.50 pm.

Mahasaptami, Mahashtami and Mahanavami Metro Services- 

248 metros will be run on three days of Puja. The first metro will start at one o’clock. The service will be available till five o’clock in the morning. A total of 234 metros will be run on Vijaya Dashami. The service will be available from 1 AM to 11 PM.
